Supports HR operations across Europe, managing the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, HR data, mobility, and external providers. Develops and implements legally compliant policies, supports talent and performance programs, advises managers, and leads initiatives involving engagement, inclusion, training, and organizational change. Requires extensive international HR experience, including substantial HR generalist experience in France, fluency in English and French, and knowledge of European employment law.

Leads full-cycle talent acquisition across multiple European divisions, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate communication, offer negotiation, pipeline development, recruitment analytics, employer branding, agency relationships, and compliance with European and UK hiring regulations. Partners with HR, hiring managers, global recruiting teams, and external agencies to meet staffing goals and deliver a strong candidate experience.
