Provides technical customer support to clients and merchants through phone, email, chat, and SMS. Manages large-scale, complex projects from initiation through delivery, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and executive communications. Coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves conflicts and escalates issues, manages project financials and billing, supports forecasting, and ensures solutions meet client and business requirements.
