Manage and improve the company’s ISO 27001 information security management system. The role requires autonomous decision-making, assigning remediation work to engineering teams, preparing management reporting, and serving as the formally designated Information Security Officer during audits.

Lead performance testing for an Azure-based platform, defining test strategies and executing load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability scenarios. Establish baselines, identify bottlenecks, analyze Azure Functions, queues, and storage behavior, and use observability tools for root-cause analysis. Produce prioritized reports and scaling recommendations, help implement fixes, and create reusable load tests, SLOs, regression thresholds, and CI/CD quality gates.
