The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders to improve onboarding, ensure compliance, maintain data integrity, and deliver scalable employee experiences.

Designs customized leadership learning journeys, training materials, event-embedded learning experiences, and content ecosystems for a global automotive client. Applies behavioral science, adult learning, experiential learning, coaching, gamification, and peer engagement. Collaborates with creative and operations teams, supports onsite facilitation, captures participant feedback, and iterates content using AI tools. The role spans face-to-face workshops, virtual training, employee events, and channel events in a multinational client-facing environment.

Designs digital and print assets for global brands, including learning materials, e-learning modules, event collateral, presentations, videos, templates, websites, and interactive content. Develops visual concepts, wireframes, storyboards, and branded experiences while maintaining consistency across cultures and formats. Collaborates with project managers and global stakeholders, manages multiple projects, applies instructional design principles, and uses AI and creative tools to improve efficiency and client impact.

Develop CX, employee experience, and loyalty strategies using data, insights, and human-centered design. Partner with client leadership, facilitate workshops, design learning and change initiatives, create governance and measurement frameworks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support implementation, proposals, and mentorship.
