Develop clear reporting for company and fund boards, provide independent challenge, support regulatory requirements, and contribute to broader business-risk analysis, projects, data improvements, and process enhancements. The role may involve appointment as the designated person responsible for fund risk management, subject to Central Bank approval.

Lead Baillie Gifford Europe's independent Compliance and Risk functions, maintaining regulatory frameworks for UCITS funds, AIFs, and segregated mandates. Oversee regulatory advice, monitoring, horizon scanning, breaches, risk appetite, stress testing, operational and investment risk, outsourcing oversight, governance reporting, and regulator engagement. Serve as PCF-12 Head of Compliance and PCF-14 Chief Risk Officer, providing board-level challenge, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with Irish and EU requirements.
