Lead and manage the Design Department, overseeing personnel, resource planning, workflow, quality assurance, customer support, and technical development. Monitor metrics, optimize processes, mentor designers and managers, coordinate cross-functionally, oversee design software and documentation, and perform design work as needed to meet production schedules and customer commitments.

Sell and service manufactured roof and floor trusses, pre-cut framing systems, and related building products to builders and framers. Build relationships, execute account plans, pursue new business, present sales progress, represent company at client meetings and industry events, and deliver consistent revenue growth tied to measurable targets.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis, billing and payment resolution, inventory and fixed asset accounting, month/quarter/year-end close, and audit coordination while ensuring GAAP and cost accounting compliance.

Prepare truss layouts and shop drawings from architectural and structural plans, ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements, optimize designs for efficiency and profitability, assist bidding/estimating, mentor junior designers, meet with customers, and update internal procedures and documentation as needed.
