Administers and communicates group benefit plans for overseas employees, manages open enrollment, tracks medical/dental clearance for CENTCOM/AFRICOM, conducts audits and invoice reconciliations, supports absence administration, executes system testing and troubleshooting, maintains HR content and SOPs, and liaises with payroll, finance, vendors, and employees to ensure compliant benefits delivery.
