Provide technical support and advocacy for developers using LiveKit: triage and fix bugs, write sample and production-quality code, update docs, collaborate with community, meet customers to ensure successful integrations, and partner with Sales/BD on customer strategy.

Own technical relationships for strategic accounts, drive architecture reviews, deepen product adoption, coordinate LiveKit teams, lead exec business reviews, handle on-site launches and escalations, translate customer feedback into roadmap and hand off expansion signals to sales.

Work directly with customer engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy real-time audio, video, and voice AI applications on LiveKit. Design scalable architectures, build integrations and reference implementations, debug production issues, lead technical workshops, and translate customer needs into product insights. Contribute code and documentation to improve developer experience and support customers through launch and scaling.
