Lead delivery of a high-volume portfolio of office fit-outs, refurbishments and MEP/lifecycle projects across Germany. Oversee multiple €500k–€2m projects, ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality, manage financial performance and P&L, lead and develop project managers, maintain client relationships, and drive operational excellence and business growth.

Lead project controls for a major data centre project: establish cost and schedule baselines, monitor performance, manage change, coordinate planners and vendors, report to client, and recommend corrective actions to ensure time, cost and quality targets are met.

Perform MEP technical due diligence and condition assessments for property acquisitions and developments: document review, site inspections, cost estimation, regulatory review, report preparation, feasibility studies, and internal quality control of MEP scope.

Lead and deliver high-quality infrastructure advisory services across the project lifecycle (strategic assessment through in-service asset management). Manage multidisciplinary teams, build client relationships, drive business development, ensure service quality and HSE accountability, mentor staff, and support growth of the Ireland infrastructure practice (Dublin or Belfast).

Support the Deputy Programme Director by conducting research, benchmarking, economic and financial analysis, and modelling. Help design programme solutions, support delivery activities (organisation design, integration, strategy), run workshops, prepare reports and presentations, maintain records, and identify process improvements while collaborating with senior team members.

Manage cost, schedule and budgets for major data centre construction projects, including mid-voltage substations. Oversee contractors and consultants, track critical milestones, lead client meetings, review payments, record potential claims, support engineering decisions during design-build changes, and manage project communications.

Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data centre projects onsite, managing design, construction, commissioning and close-out. Serve as key client interface, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, ensure compliance with safety/quality/environmental standards, control costs/schedule, and produce regular progress and risk reports.

Perform MEP technical due diligence and condition assessments for property transactions and developments. Review documents, inspect properties, estimate costs, verify compliance with regulations, prepare reports, support quality control, and develop feasibility studies. Collaborate across disciplines and travel within Austria as needed.

Manage workplace transformations including smallworks (fit-outs) and MAC projects (moves, adds & changes). Oversee scope, programme, budget, contractors, FF&E, sustainability/circular-economy practices, and stakeholder communication from initiation to handover while ensuring QHSE and regulatory compliance.

Manage noise-insulation projects from planning and design through construction, ensuring delivery to time, budget and specification. Oversee contracts, tendering, design coordination, onsite inspections, quality, safety, stakeholder and homeowner engagement, risk and change control, reporting and RIAI/ECC contract administration.
