The Principal SHQ Consultant delivers safety consultancy services, manages SHQ consultancy activities for clients, conducts site inspections, audits, and supports business development initiatives.

Establish governance, manage multiple concurrent projects, oversee ORAT and phased construction, drive stakeholder engagement, commercial/contract management under NEC/FIDIC, mentor senior project teams, and ensure safety, sustainability, cost control and on-time handover.

Lead and deliver complex data centre projects in Sweden as the primary client interface. Manage design, schedules, budgets, risks, safety, vendor coordination, contracts, and reporting while supporting business development and ensuring projects meet technical and client requirements.

Manage and administer the project's EDMS including user accounts, security groups, workflows and compliance audits. Provide EDMS and document control training, create user guides, support project setups and migrations, respond to ad-hoc document requests, and deliver compliance and usage reports to project stakeholders.

Lead delivery of multiple construction/infrastructure projects from design through commissioning, managing schedule, cost, risk, contracts (NEC/FIDIC), stakeholders and contractors. Produce Project Execution Plans, maintain risk and change registers, coordinate design reviews, assess payments, and ensure projects meet employer requirements, safety, budget and timeline objectives.

Lead programme controls across cost, schedule and risk for a multi‑project programme. Establish controls processes, mentor a project controls team, coordinate reporting, chair reviews and risk workshops, and support change, contingency and cost/schedule analysis to inform programme decisions.

Lead and manage large-scale hyperscale data centre projects across feasibility, design, construction and completion. Develop project strategies, budgets and processes; monitor progress; manage risks, contractors and clients; produce reports, presentations and thought leadership for the Data Centre real estate sector.
