Leads and mentors character artists producing AAA real-time characters from concept or scan through final Unreal Engine 5 implementation. Responsibilities include planning and delegation, quality reviews, hands-on sculpting, modeling, texturing, grooming, clothing, optimization, MetaHuman integration, documentation, client communication, and collaboration with distributed art, animation, rigging, technical art, and engineering teams.

The Management Trainee will analyze workflows, support project management, engage in stakeholder meetings, and contribute to cross-functional projects. They will develop presentations and solve operational challenges creatively.
