Own and scale Fonio’s outbound engine, including high-volume email infrastructure, domain and inbox setup, deliverability, list building, human-sounding copy, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and CRM or MarTech operations. The role turns prospecting data into pipeline while maintaining strong deliverability and measurable growth. Native-level German and fluent English are required. The position is fully remote with a Vienna office option.

As the in-house SEO lead at fonio, you will develop and implement the SEO strategy to improve rankings on Google and AI search tools. You will manage keyword research, collaborate with teams on technical SEO, and oversee a significant SEO budget while ensuring successful international execution.
