Provides hands-on HR and payroll support for UK and Netherlands employees, including employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, payroll preparation and reconciliation, pension administration, HR systems management, reporting, audits, and compliance. Advises managers and employees on HR policies, handles confidential information, resolves payroll queries, and liaises with Finance and external payroll providers.
