Own the end-to-end shopping experience (search, discovery, browse, merchandising, gifting). Define product roadmap, embed AI/ML features, run customer research and experiments, lead delivery from discovery to launch, collaborate cross-functionally, and track platform KPIs to drive commercial impact.

Own and scale supply product strategy for the Direct business, accountable for partner activation, supply coverage and margin KPIs. Translate commercial ambitions into platform roadmaps, lead partner integrations, drive partner discovery/onboarding, and align Product, Tech, Data, Commercial, Finance and Marketing to deliver supply outcomes.
