Leads day-to-day operations for a global freelance workforce supporting AI data projects. Responsibilities include identifying expert profiles, recruiting and reactivating contributors, designing onboarding pipelines, monitoring quality and performance, resolving delivery issues, replacing underperforming contributors, and coordinating with project, engineering, acquisition, quality, and analytics teams. When needed, the manager also owns capacity planning, delivery forecasting, workforce risk management, and cost tracking.

Own end-to-end product design for Tendem or Self-Service: craft workflows for task scoping, quoting, HITL review, onboarding, and results delivery; run UX research and usability tests; translate regulatory constraints (EU AI Act, GDPR) into designs; evolve the design system; collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, legal, and analytics to validate solutions.

Lead end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of multiple complex AI/data programs. Define program strategy, roadmaps, governance, technical oversight, vendor management, and embed responsible AI practices while mentoring cross-functional teams and ensuring quality, timelines, and margins.

Design, train, fine-tune, distill, and deploy LLM-based and agentic ML models. Build and operate agent workflows in Python, run evaluation and benchmarking, select models and cost strategies, and manage production monitoring and observability for model performance and reliability.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and capacity modelling; deliver variance and scenario analysis; maintain unit economics and project performance analytics; build dashboards and reporting packs; support board and investor reporting; drive automation and FP&A tool selection.
