Manage HR policies, employee records, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, expatriate administration, training, and employee lifecycle processes across seven studio locations. The role supports leaders and employees, maintains HR metrics and systems, contributes to HR projects, and ensures consistent practices in a fast-growing, international creative organization.

Lead and approve narrative development across projects, mentor a storytelling team, evaluate and refine pitches, characters, and scripts, maintain narrative quality across formats and genres, and foster a shared narrative culture.

Design narrative and gameplay content, ensure quality and flow, collaborate with teams, gather feedback, and adapt to changes.
