Leads materials, trims, hardware, construction, and product innovation while building commercially balanced ranges aligned with brand strategy. Manages and mentors a design team, presents ranges to leadership, and collaborates with buying, merchandising, technical, sourcing, suppliers, and brand teams.

Leads global indirect tax and fiscal compliance for the GPOS rollout across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include embedding VAT and sales tax requirements into systems, improving tax data quality and reporting, managing governance and controls, coordinating vendors, mitigating compliance risks, and driving automation and process standardization. Partners with Technology, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to support accurate filings, payments, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Establish and lead Primark’s Treasury Controls function, building governance, operational processes, and controls across settlements, payments, reconciliations, banking administration, and treasury systems. Oversee treasury operations, improve and automate processes, support FIS Integrity implementation, and ensure compliance with policies, audits, and regulations. Lead and develop the Treasury Controls team while partnering with Treasury, Finance, GBS, Audit, and banking stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics technology projects, managing budgets, plans, risks, vendors and cross-functional teams. Ensure governance, stakeholder reporting, benefits realisation, and delivery across cloud D&A tools and multiple delivery methodologies. Coach team members and drive quality, timelines, and financial control for complex retail data initiatives.

Manage operational ramp-up and transition of a new distribution facility into business-as-usual. Coordinate readiness, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, reporting, and post-launch stabilisation while supporting project governance and operational leadership.

Lead creation and delivery of an omnichannel supply chain solutions programme, optimising fulfilment, distribution and automation. Develop e-commerce strategy, business cases, scalable warehousing and click & collect solutions. Drive cross-functional programmes using data and modelling to improve capacity, cost, resilience and customer service while influencing stakeholders and managing budgets.
