Responsibilities include change impact assessments, readiness and adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, go-live and hypercare support, governance reporting, risk management, and embedding sustainable new processes, systems, capabilities, and behaviours.

Identify, assess, prioritize, and report technology vulnerabilities using risk-based analysis. Integrate security tools with threat intelligence, vulnerability management, identity controls, and incident response processes. Investigate false positives, missed detections, telemetry gaps, and performance issues while improving threat visibility, detection quality, automation, and response effectiveness.

Leads complex commercial negotiations, advises senior stakeholders, manages legal and regulatory risk, supports cross-functional transformation programs, and improves legal operations and capability. Requires a qualified lawyer with 7–10+ years of post-qualification experience and strong commercial, influencing, and project leadership skills.
