Leads technical readiness for new client onboarding and conversions within transfer agency operations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, due diligence, gap analysis, UAT and product testing, process design, project planning, risk and escalation management, stakeholder coordination, governance, documentation, status reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates extensively with clients, sales, operations, and project teams to implement global operating models and ensure successful technical setups and transitions.

Provides senior technical leadership for depositary oversight across UCITS, AIFs, and regulated fund structures. Interprets regulatory requirements, designs and enhances oversight frameworks, and leads investment restriction monitoring, safekeeping oversight, cash-flow monitoring, valuation oversight, breach management, and regulatory change implementation. The role partners with legal, compliance, risk, operations, custody, fund accounting, technology, clients, senior management, and regulators while strengthening governance, investor protection, controls, and technical capability across jurisdictions.

Leads Transfer Agency AML and Registration Services operations, including AML/KYC, investor onboarding, account opening, maintenance, screening, and transaction monitoring. Manages operational teams, governance, controls, regulatory deliverables, stakeholder relationships, issue remediation, resilience, and continuous improvement. Partners with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, Client Service, and Product teams to improve service quality, automation, scalability, and regulatory discipline.

Lead strategic relationships with major global institutional investment-services clients. Own client strategy, satisfaction, revenue growth, cross-selling, and P&L while engaging C-suite stakeholders. Coordinate global matrixed teams across relationship management, client solutions, delivery, and sales to provide integrated State Street solutions, strategic planning, operational delivery, thought leadership, and technology offerings.
