Lead product marketing for the Workday Products Business Unit: develop positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans; execute launches; enable sales with playbooks and assets; analyze market, competitive and customer insights; and track product marketing performance to drive pipeline and adoption.

Own the go-to-market activation strategy for Kainos’s Workday Product Business Unit. Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning messaging, content, email, landing pages, webinars, nurture, and sales enablement. Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Alliances, and Marketing Operations to generate, progress, and convert pipeline. Manage campaign budgets, performance reporting, ROI, stakeholder relationships, and co-marketing opportunities while optimizing campaign effectiveness across the buyer journey.
