The ATR Supervisor oversees accounting processes, manages a team, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and leads process improvements in the Account to Report function.

Lead FP&A for CE Commercial markets: own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L processes; deliver management reports and profitability analyses; build financial models for pricing, tenders and deals; run variance workshops; partner with FBPs, Sales and Market Access; mentor junior staff and drive reporting/process improvements.

Builds and maintains global Workday HR reporting infrastructure. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, proactively source candidates, maintain ATS (Workday), improve recruitment processes and SOPs, drive employer branding, support TA projects, coach junior recruiters, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and facilitate offer negotiation and closure.

Supervise ATR cluster/sub-team delivering Record-to-Report activities including general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, reconciliations and month-end close. Ensure quality, SLA adherence, KPI reporting, issue resolution, process improvements, project support/migration, team coaching, and stakeholder collaboration.
