Responsibilities include preparing quotes, negotiating terms, managing procurement and legal processes, coordinating signatures, maintaining forecasts and CRM accuracy, partnering with Customer Success on renewal risk, and improving scalable renewal workflows through automation and AI.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships in the German-speaking market, managing onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, renewals, QBRs, health checks, and escalations. Develop account strategies, quantify ROI, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and partner with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Engage technical and executive stakeholders, use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC for qualification and forecasting, maintain Salesforce discipline, create mutual action plans, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success. Represent n8n at events and travel to customers as needed.

Build the platform, tooling, workflows, guardrails, and metrics needed for safe, measurable agentic software development. Integrate autonomous coding agents with Linear, GitHub, CI, testing, and code review processes. Improve monorepo readiness, create isolated execution environments, establish benchmarks and adoption metrics, and partner cross-functionally with Platform, Security, AI, Architecture, and engineering teams.

Build and lead a global revenue enablement function: install an enterprise selling methodology (MEDDICC), create PLG-to-enterprise playbooks, compress ramp and onboarding, develop frontline managers, stand up enablement infrastructure and measurement, partner with RevOps/PMM/Product, and grow the team across sales, SDR, CS, and partners.

Own GTM and sales analytics across pipeline performance, forecasting, funnel conversion, win/loss analysis, lead and account scoring, territory planning, quota modeling, and capacity planning. Partner with RevOps, Sales, Product, Finance, and Analytics Engineering to improve metric definitions, Salesforce and product data models, dashboards, and decision-making. Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for GTM leadership.

Build production-grade automation workflows, integrations, and custom nodes for enterprise customers. Lead focused on-site deployments, translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions, collaborate with Deployment, Product, and Engineering teams, and turn customer learnings into reusable product improvements and playbooks. The role requires strong integration engineering, customer-facing communication, technical judgment, and willingness to travel 50–60% across Europe.

Own Marketing FP&A across annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and program spend. Model PLG and SLG funnel economics, CAC, payback, attribution, conversion, and ROI. Build investment cases for attributable and unattributable marketing programs, establish performance frameworks, and recommend reallocations. Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Data, and Controlling to maintain consistent metrics and reporting. Present financial insights to marketing leaders, executives, and boards while applying AI and automation to improve planning and analysis.

Own product strategy and execution for enterprise workflow lifecycle, developer experience, and production operations. Deliver Git-based source control workflows, versioning, rollback, observability, secrets/configuration management, and multi-instance operations. Lead cross-functional discovery with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to prioritise, spec, and ship enterprise-grade features for mission-critical automations.
