Responsibilities include evaluating needs, deploying and maintaining servers, storage, software, and platforms; troubleshooting infrastructure and integration issues; migrating legacy environments; estimating delivery effort; managing customer expectations; documenting solutions; and transferring technical knowledge. The role requires expertise across VMware, Azure, HPE SAN, Veeam, Windows Server, blade hardware, and networking.
