Manage, maintain and support infrastructure hosting within a healthcare managed service: perform data centre hardware fault-finding, patching, SLA monitoring, and BAU incident resolution. Troubleshoot and support Linux, VMware virtualised environments and large Windows estates (AD, DNS, DHCP, RDS, File/Certificate services). Work under SDM direction, drive service improvements and follow ITSM processes.
