Manage preparatory payroll across international entities (Germany primary, plus France/Spain), liaise with external payroll/EOR/PEO providers, resolve employee payroll queries, automate HRIS-payroll workflows, calculate commissions/bonuses with RevOps, and support Finance with reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.

As an Accountant, you will ensure financial accuracy, optimize accounting processes, and support audits while using modern ERP tools. You'll collaborate closely with the Team Lead Accounting and maintain compliance with German standards.

As a Senior Accountant, you will ensure financial integrity, maintain ledgers, support month-end and year-end closes, and optimize accounting tools.
