Lead outbound prospecting to identify industrial and manufacturing prospects, run campaigns with Sales and Marketing, engage safety and operations decision-makers via phone/email/LinkedIn, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, manage inbound leads and CRM data, meet quarterly targets, and represent the company at Health & Safety conferences across Europe. Hybrid role with two days per week onsite in Dublin or Boston.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary computer vision engineering team while remaining hands-on with code and architecture. Build and deploy computer vision solutions for enterprise manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse customers. Responsibilities include coding integrations, configuring edge video pipelines, leading customer deployments, architecting safety solutions, translating customer requirements into product capabilities, and developing reusable integration frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with technical teams, executives, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, plus periodic travel to industrial customer sites.

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of computer vision and MLOps pipelines, including data curation, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. Set technical direction, improve testing and reproducibility, lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, infrastructure, support, and external teams to connect model quality with client outcomes.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA, from prospecting and outbound campaigns through negotiation and closing. Build relationships with industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing stakeholders; expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling; exceed revenue targets; collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams; and represent the company at European health and safety conferences.

Provides legal counsel for SaaS products, commercial contracts, privacy, data protection, and global AI regulation. Advises Sales and Engineering during contracting and product development, negotiates data protection agreements, conducts privacy and risk assessments, develops compliance programs, monitors AI legislation, works with regulators, trains employees, and mentors a junior legal associate.

Lead enterprise clients through adoption, rollout, and expansion of Protex AI's SaaS platform. Build executive and site relationships, drive Time to Measurable Impact, coordinate multi-site rollouts, monitor usage and health, escalate blockers, support expansion and late-stage sales, and partner cross-functionally to connect platform usage to safety and operational outcomes.

Lead infrastructure initiatives in cloud and edge environments, focusing on CI/CD pipeline implementation, system reliability, and data security compliance while managing a team.
