Build and optimize scalable data pipelines, models, data products, and data applications using Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, AWS, SQL, and Python. Maintains accurate employee data in HiBob, creates people dashboards, supports managers and employees, and identifies opportunities to improve workflows through technology and AI.

Owns the engineering and evolution of digital behavioral telemetry, web telemetry, RUM, and conversion data. Designs event taxonomies, schemas, contracts, data models, and governed data products supporting analytics and conversion measurement. Partners with product and engineering teams on instrumentation, observability, data quality, privacy, testing, and lifecycle controls. Serves as the senior technical subject matter expert for telemetry and behavioral data while enabling analysts and stakeholders to use trusted data products.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning; deliver monthly performance reporting and analysis; build integrated financial models and scenario plans; partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial accountability; champion automation, AI and BI tools; improve financial data governance; monitor market trends; and lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
