Own and lead Stora’s sales function, including SDR and AE coaching, sales strategy, outbound pipeline generation, process improvement, forecasting, performance management, and strategic deals. Partner with the CEO, Marketing, and Product to refine the ideal customer profile, messaging, market expansion, and international growth. The role requires hands-on involvement in customers and opportunities while building a predictable, repeatable commercial engine across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and other markets.

Lead the design and development of complex Rails features, mentor junior engineers, define technical direction, and ensure high-quality code while collaborating with stakeholders.
