Develop and execute Ireland-wide commercial, pricing, promotional, trade terms, and revenue growth strategies for JDE’s coffee portfolio. Analyze market, competitor, customer, pricing, and promotional performance to improve volume, revenue, gross profit, and ROI. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and global teams on annual planning, customer P&Ls, value creation, and new product development. Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and coach commercial colleagues.

Leads sales and commercial performance for assigned retail and distributor accounts across Ireland. Responsibilities include customer business planning, annual operating plans, pricing and promotional management, accrual accuracy, forecasting, scan-sales analysis, trade-spend optimization, and in-store execution. The role requires direct engagement with buyers, cross-functional collaboration, strong financial and analytical management, and effective communication with internal teams and third-party partners.
