The GTM Data Engineer will integrate, optimize, and manage the GTM systems, build data pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate on analytics to enhance GTM efficiency and decision-making.

Lead architecture and roadmap for global MarTech stack, oversee tool selection and vendor negotiations, integrate systems with CRM and data platforms, ensure data governance and compliance (GDPR/CCPA), prepare stack for API-driven and agentic development, and drive automation and cross-functional alignment to improve marketing effectiveness.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Data Cloud. Design integrations, data pipelines, identity/security models, AI-driven CRM features, and enterprise automation while providing technical leadership and governance.

Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and operations to design scalable, product-first solutions for complex global employment and payroll use cases. Validate feasibility, identify risks, and create reusable solution assets, playbooks, and inputs that shape product roadmap and improve cross-functional consistency and deal win rates.

Lead and manage a payroll support team covering EMEA and US, own SLAs/KPIs and escalation paths, resolve complex payroll queries, improve root causes and knowledge base, manage Salesforce/Zendesk workflows and reporting, and hire/coach support specialists.

Build and scale CS enablement: create playbooks, SOPs, training, and single-source resources; translate complex compliance/product changes into actionable content; run trainings; partner across Product, PMM, Legal, and BizOps; track enablement outcomes tied to team performance and continuously improve.

Lead and develop a Customer Success team for EMEA, drive retention and satisfaction through strategic relationship management, monitoring customer health metrics, cross-functional collaboration, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Provide reporting and ensure resources and tools support account management.

Manage and grow a portfolio of EMEA accounts via consultative customer success: drive product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, relay customer feedback to product, and ensure retention and quota attainment.

Sell Multiplier's EOR/AOR and global payroll solutions across EMEA by owning the full sales cycle. Source and convert inbound/outbound leads, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with BDRs and Customer Success, meet revenue targets, onboard new clients, and represent the company at regional events. Occasional travel (~25%) across EMEA is required.

The role involves providing legal guidance on global privacy and AI issues, collaborating with teams to ensure compliance, and developing scalable processes.
