Owns group accounting policies across US GAAP, FRS 102, and local frameworks; prepares technical accounting papers, evaluates new products, leads complex audit matters, defines transaction accounting rules, supports NetSuite automation, and maintains statutory reconciliations and consolidation processes. The role requires strong financial-services accounting expertise, technical writing, auditor communication, and hands-on journal-entry experience.

Owns finance operations for LemFi’s European entities, including monthly close, Irish statutory accounts, CBI regulatory returns, safeguarding calculations, board reporting, tax and audit support. The role partners with Group Finance and local leadership on accounting policies, consolidation, budgets and business decisions. It also leads process automation and documentation. Candidates must be ACA, ACCA or CPA Ireland qualified with 7+ years’ post-qualification experience in regulated financial services, including CBI reporting, safeguarding, Irish statutory accounts and multi-currency transactions.
