Leads presales consulting for supply chain agentic business solutions. Partners with sales, product, value engineering, professional services, and customers to conduct discovery, assess supply chain processes and systems, design future-state operating models, deliver demonstrations and workshops, respond to RFPs and RFIs, build business cases, and support technical wins. Serves as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert for TraceLink’s OPUS platform, agents, control tower, and business network.

Leads consultative presales engagements for TraceLink’s supply chain solutions. Conducts discovery, evaluates processes and systems, designs future-state agentic operating models, delivers demonstrations and workshops, responds to RFPs, and supports value cases and technical wins. Advises executive, supply chain, operations, and IT stakeholders while collaborating with sales, product, value engineering, and professional services. Requires strong supply chain, enterprise SaaS, technical consulting, communication, troubleshooting, and strategic selling expertise, with up to 35% travel.

Owns the commercialization and growth of TraceLink’s Supply Chain Agentic Business Process solutions across strategic enterprise accounts. The role develops executive relationships, creates transformation opportunities, leads consultative enterprise sales cycles, builds business cases, manages MEDDPICC qualification and forecasts, and coordinates cross-functional teams. Success is measured through ARR, new customer acquisition, expansion, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, executive engagement, and successful Agentic Accelerator Programs. The position may be based in the UK, Spain, or France.

Leads customer discovery, supply chain process analysis, solution design, demonstrations, technical workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations for TraceLink’s agentic supply chain solutions. Partners with sales, product, value engineering, professional services, and customers to develop future-state operating models, business cases, roadmaps, and technical win strategies across supply chain and Track & Trace engagements.

Owns the commercial lifecycle for TraceLink’s Track & Trace customer portfolio, including account strategy, renewals, expansion, forecasting, pipeline management, and executive relationship development. The role is field-based, with frequent customer-site travel and responsibility for retaining and growing recurring software revenue. The Senior Customer Account Manager leads executive reviews, positions compliance and agentic business solutions, applies MEDDPICC and WISE methodologies, and coordinates cross-functional teams to protect customer success and identify supply chain transformation opportunities.

Execute account-based prospecting to build pipeline across assigned accounts: research accounts and stakeholders, personalize outreach, qualify inbound leads, support upsell/renewals, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with marketing, AEs, SCs, and cross-functional teams to drive meetings and progress opportunities.

Provide technical support for TraceLink's OPUS platform and related products, troubleshoot customer issues, escalate to engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction.
