Manage and grow a portfolio of maintenance customers through upselling, contract renegotiation, and retention. Prepare tender documents, handle contract administration and customer queries, maintain CRM data, follow up on POs, and collaborate with supervisors and operations to prevent cancellations and resolve complaints. Drive revenue and margin growth while supporting maintenance teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The Sales Executive will identify and develop new customer relationships for elevator and escalator maintenance, managing leads and sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely reporting in CRM.
