The Senior Compliance Business Oversight Analyst will conduct regulatory horizon scanning, manage compliance risk, and maintain relationships with stakeholders while overseeing regulatory change compliance activities.

Lead local Product Control for trading businesses: oversee P&L dashboards, valuation controls (IPV, xVA, prudent valuation), support P&L production and attribution, liaise with front office and finance, develop frameworks/policies, review new products and material changes, and report to ALCO/Board as required.

Serve a portfolio of high-value corporate and institutional clients by processing and managing corporate lending and trade finance transactions. Act as subject-matter expert on products, controls and documentation; review and authorize transactions; escalate and resolve complex or high-risk issues; support process improvement, automation and documentation; provide guidance to team members and maintain strong client and internal relationships to ensure operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Provide governance and secretarial support to senior executive management committees in Ireland (and UK/EU where applicable). Coordinate agendas, minutes, records, action tracking, resolutions, and governance documentation; support policy, templates, controls, regulatory and audit queries, and maintain legal entity documents (authorised signatories, powers of attorney).

Lead and oversee internal audit engagements: plan, execute, review, report findings, manage stakeholder communications, drive remediation, and provide subject-matter guidance across multiple functional areas.

Lead and execute internal audits from planning through reporting. Perform control walkthroughs, develop test scripts, identify and track findings, communicate with stakeholders, and provide subject-matter expertise. Support audit planning, deliver presentations, coach team members, and ensure compliance with audit standards and firm policies.

Manage TDGF credit risk through credit adjudication, limit approvals, risk-rating verification, governance, reporting and regulatory monitoring. Support Head of Credit/CRO, act as Committee secretariat, identify improvements, manage concentration and conduct risks, and liaise with regional/global stakeholders.
