The role translates business requirements into composable, reusable interfaces using APIs, events, iPaaS, and EDI; manages performance, security, data, and infrastructure requirements; influences solution architecture; supports delivery through production deployment; and collaborates with enterprise architects, system integrators, technology leads, and external experts.

Leads global strategic sourcing for Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Services.
