Own customer-facing products end to end, from customer discovery and technical direction through implementation, testing, deployment, and business impact. Design and operate high-load systems handling millions of requests and thousands of CPU cores, while building agent evaluations and guardrails. Help establish AI-native engineering practices across the company, collaborate with sales and operations, document decisions clearly, and contribute hands-on as an individual contributor in a remote EMEA-based team.
