Implement and maintain QA/QC processes across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical works on a major data‑centre construction project. Manage mechanical design and delivery for data centre projects: review tenders, select plant and materials, coordinate services and contractors, prepare method statements and risk assessments, oversee HVAC deliverables, manage procurement, installation, commissioning, change costing and monthly valuations through project handover.

Lead planning for data‑centre construction projects: develop bid and master programmes, maintain project controls, present progress to senior management, mentor planners, manage client relationships, support risk identification, and represent planning in stakeholder meetings across pre‑construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
