Create and manage 4D planning models using SYNCHRO 4D Pro, integrate 3D data from varied sources, assign geometry to schedule, align models with project planners, act as 4D subject-matter expert, run workshops and client/internal presentations, and produce 4D video presentations for pre-tender stages.

Manage the full electrical scope across data centre and large-scale construction projects, coordinating design, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver work safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards. Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, reporting, site coordination, meetings, and team performance while enforcing quality and safety and closing out documentation and issues.

Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical works on-site, manage direct labour and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, prepare reports, develop lookahead plans, and liaise with BIM for model updates.

Manage HR processes including onboarding, contracts, employee records, statutory leave, and HR mailbox. Support recruitment, training coordination, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement across HR operations for the Dublin head office.

Lead coordination and installation of client-supplied electrical equipment (OFCI) on a large data centre project. Manage vendors, schedule, engineering, commissioning support, risk escalation, weekly stakeholder meetings, progress reporting, and ensure quality, security and contract oversight.

Provide multi-jurisdiction tax research, modelling and planning; develop and maintain tax computations, controls, and documentation; oversee local compliance outputs and adviser work; monitor tax legislation (e.g., Pillar 2, e-invoicing, CBAM); coordinate cross-functional tax queries and support process improvements across finance teams.

Lead planning for data‑centre construction projects: develop bid and master programmes, maintain project controls, present progress to senior management, mentor planners, manage client relationships, support risk identification, and represent planning in stakeholder meetings across pre‑construction, construction, and commissioning phases.

Manage and enforce EHS compliance on a major data centre construction project: develop H&S plans, report performance metrics, conduct site inspections and audits, manage COSHH and permit-to-work systems, drive safety culture, ensure subcontractor compliance, deliver EHS training and PPE provision, and lead incident investigations.

Lead delivery of civil, structural, and architectural CSA packages (structural steel, concrete, cladding, roofing) on a Dublin data centre project. Manage cost, schedule, subcontractors, procurement, long‑lead items, and quality. Oversee reporting, client meetings, invoices, and project close-out to ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Provide site-based EHS support for data center construction projects: enforce safety and environmental legislation, review method statements and risk assessments, conduct audits and inspections, manage hazardous substance controls, toolbox talks, inductions, incident investigations, and subcontractor compliance.

Lead façade/envelope engineering for a major data centre project: develop and review designs using CAD/BIM, perform structural/FEA analysis, select materials, ensure code compliance, coordinate with architects/contractors, conduct site inspections, prepare technical documentation, and guide construction teams.

Coordinate 2D/3D BIM deliverables, manage clash detection and resolution across disciplines, produce drawings/specifications per the BIM Execution Plan, liaise with package managers and site engineers for complex MEP installations, and mentor junior BIM staff.

Lead and manage all mechanical aspects of large-scale projects from design through construction and commissioning. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, site operations, reporting, change control, safety and quality, and mentor project teams to ensure timely, safe delivery.

Support sustainability initiatives for data centre projects across Ireland and Europe, focusing on embodied carbon LCA modelling, reporting, verification, carbon hotspot identification, corporate carbon footprinting (Scope 1,2,3), ESG reporting, and sustainability training.

Lead QA/QC for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on a major data centre project: develop and enforce QA/QC procedures, inspect works, review ITPs and method statements, issue NCRs, manage quality records, support corrective actions, liaise with design and subcontractors, and ensure completion of quality dossiers and handover documentation while promoting safety and compliance.

Manage delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Dublin, coordinating stakeholders, producing reports, maintaining documentation, tracking performance, supporting scope/budget development, and directing project teams to meet milestones and resolve contract issues.
