Oversee coordination and integration of design, construction, commissioning, and client teams on a data centre project. Act as single point of contact for integration scopes, manage MEP and CSA interfaces, produce progress reports, develop an Integration Execution Plan, chair integration meetings, ensure Telecom & Security procurement compliance, coordinate snagging/commissioning/handover, and champion H&S and installation scheduling.

Manage and control all project documentation on a site-based data centre construction project. Maintain registers (document, RFI, action, issue), ensure version control and IMS compliance, distribute and track documents, generate status and overdue reports, liaise with consultants/contractors, and support QA/QC and HSE audits.

Lead mechanical project delivery for data centre projects in Dublin: manage client communications, lead package managers, oversee technical submittals and RFIs, develop commissioning scripts, coordinate MEP/CSA contractors, prepare method statements and risk assessments, sequence pipework installation, manage installation through commissioning and handover, document and cost changes, and drive O&M completion with vendor documentation.
