Implement and maintain QA/QC processes across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical works on a major data‑centre construction project. Inspect site activities, manage ITPs and NCRs, verify materials/workmanship, witness testing and commissioning, coordinate with teams and produce quality records and handover documentation.

Lead and manage all mechanical aspects of large-scale projects from design through construction and commissioning. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, site operations, reporting, change control, safety and quality, and mentor project teams to ensure timely, safe delivery.

Manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate space and supplier relationships, support onboarding, maintain policies and documentation, and provide administrative support to management while handling confidential information.
