Owns commercial strategy, P&L, budgeting, revenue growth, client relationships, tenders, service delivery, workforce continuity, operating-model improvement, compliance, and executive reporting. Builds and develops recruitment teams, improves productivity and service quality, scales technology-enabled processes, and evaluates adjacent opportunities including RPO, MSP, UK recruitment, and group-wide services.

Analyzes clinical requirements, healthcare workflows, and operational processes to support technology and transformation initiatives. The role defines future-state processes, gathers stakeholder requirements, develops business cases and solution proposals, assesses healthcare systems and integrations, and supports vendor engagement, change leadership, implementation, and continuous improvement. It collaborates with clinical, ICT, project, and operational teams to improve service delivery, efficiency, and patient outcomes while maintaining privacy, security, and information governance standards.

Leads complex healthcare clinical, operational, and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and go-live. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, service design, workflow mapping, change management, risk and dependency management, vendor coordination, KPI reporting, resource planning, and operational readiness. The role collaborates across clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve patient safety, service quality, healthcare processes, and efficiency.

Supports the administration and governance of third-party technology contracts for a digital healthcare programme. Responsibilities include monitoring supplier SLAs, KPIs, deliverables, risks and renewals; coordinating service reviews; maintaining governance records; supporting GDPR and information security compliance; preparing reports; assisting procurement, onboarding, audits and continuity planning; and facilitating communication among vendors, technical, clinical and operational stakeholders.

Provides on-site Level 2 ICT support, managing service desk requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, broadband, Citrix and network issues. Administers Active Directory, Windows accounts, mailboxes, permissions and shared folders; installs systems and equipment; supports office moves, new site rollouts, vendors, backups and managed print services. The role also maintains records, prepares reports, follows escalation procedures and coordinates with local, national and third-party ICT teams.

Leads the architecture, design, development, integration, modernization, and governance of enterprise applications. Own the technical side of enterprise end-user device and digital workspace sales opportunities. Lead discovery, design endpoint solutions, develop bills of materials and technical documentation, support ITT/RFP/RFI responses, validate deployment and logistics plans, and deliver customer workshops and demonstrations. Maintain expertise in commercial PC hardware, Windows deployment, endpoint management, security, vendor roadmaps, and Irish public-sector procurement requirements.

Develops and maintains operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery frameworks for mission-critical healthcare services. Responsibilities include impact assessments, dependency mapping, recovery planning, regulatory compliance with NIS 2 and DORA, continuity testing, incident response, third-party risk oversight, audit support, and resilience training. The role bridges clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders to protect patient-facing services and ensure continuity of care.

Lead end-to-end Citrix Digital Workspace consulting projects, from pre-sales discovery and solution design through implementation, documentation, handover, and closure. Serve as the primary technical authority, advise customer stakeholders, collaborate with project managers, and ensure delivery meets scope, timelines, and professional services standards. The role requires hands-on Citrix expertise across virtual apps and desktops, cloud, networking, identity, profiles, storage, monitoring, and related digital workspace technologies.

Lead a one-year cloud operations transformation programme for a public sector customer across Azure and AWS. Assess current practices, define a target operating model, and design governance and operational processes covering security, resilience, monitoring, incident management, configuration, licensing, reporting and FinOps. Produce detailed policies and operational documentation, manage senior stakeholders, chair programme meetings, lead a blended delivery team, track risks and actions, and embed continuous improvement practices.
