Develops and maintains operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery frameworks for mission-critical healthcare services. Responsibilities include impact assessments, dependency mapping, recovery planning, regulatory compliance with NIS 2 and DORA, continuity testing, incident response, third-party risk oversight, audit support, and resilience training. The role bridges clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders to protect patient-facing services and ensure continuity of care.

Lead complex technology programmes spanning multiple projects, workstreams, customers, and internal teams. Own delivery from mobilisation and integrated planning through execution, transition, and closure. Establish governance, manage schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, scope, and change control. Lead customer governance forums, executive communications, cross-functional teams, and matrix delivery resources while driving quality improvement, lessons learned, and successful programme outcomes.

Lead end-to-end Citrix Digital Workspace consulting projects, from pre-sales discovery and solution design through implementation, documentation, handover, and closure. Serve as the primary technical authority, advise customer stakeholders, collaborate with project managers, and ensure delivery meets scope, timelines, and professional services standards. The role requires hands-on Citrix expertise across virtual apps and desktops, cloud, networking, identity, profiles, storage, monitoring, and related digital workspace technologies.

Manage multiple client-facing cloud projects across AWS and Azure, including migrations, cloud-native implementations, technology upgrades, DevOps enablement, and operational improvements. Coordinate technical teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders while controlling scope, budgets, timelines, risks, quality, governance, documentation, and change requests. Lead status meetings, prepare Statements of Work and project reporting, and coordinate handover into operational support.

Lead a one-year cloud operations transformation programme for a public sector customer across Azure and AWS. Assess current practices, define a target operating model, and design governance and operational processes covering security, resilience, monitoring, incident management, configuration, licensing, reporting and FinOps. Produce detailed policies and operational documentation, manage senior stakeholders, chair programme meetings, lead a blended delivery team, track risks and actions, and embed continuous improvement practices.
