Analyzes clinical requirements, healthcare workflows, and operational processes to support technology and transformation initiatives. The role defines future-state processes, gathers stakeholder requirements, develops business cases and solution proposals, assesses healthcare systems and integrations, and supports vendor engagement, change leadership, implementation, and continuous improvement. It collaborates with clinical, ICT, project, and operational teams to improve service delivery, efficiency, and patient outcomes while maintaining privacy, security, and information governance standards.

Leads complex healthcare clinical, operational, and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and go-live. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, service design, workflow mapping, change management, risk and dependency management, vendor coordination, KPI reporting, resource planning, and operational readiness. The role collaborates across clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve patient safety, service quality, healthcare processes, and efficiency.

Supports the administration and governance of third-party technology contracts for a digital healthcare programme. Responsibilities include monitoring supplier SLAs, KPIs, deliverables, risks and renewals; coordinating service reviews; maintaining governance records; supporting GDPR and information security compliance; preparing reports; assisting procurement, onboarding, audits and continuity planning; and facilitating communication among vendors, technical, clinical and operational stakeholders.
