Own the technical side of enterprise end-user device and digital workspace sales opportunities. Lead discovery, design endpoint solutions, develop bills of materials and technical documentation, support ITT/RFP/RFI responses, validate deployment and logistics plans, and deliver customer workshops and demonstrations. Maintain expertise in commercial PC hardware, Windows deployment, endpoint management, security, vendor roadmaps, and Irish public-sector procurement requirements.

Develops and maintains operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery frameworks for mission-critical healthcare services. Responsibilities include impact assessments, dependency mapping, recovery planning, regulatory compliance with NIS 2 and DORA, continuity testing, incident response, third-party risk oversight, audit support, and resilience training. The role bridges clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders to protect patient-facing services and ensure continuity of care.

Lead complex technology programmes spanning multiple projects, workstreams, customers, and internal teams. Own delivery from mobilisation and integrated planning through execution, transition, and closure. Establish governance, manage schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, scope, and change control. Lead customer governance forums, executive communications, cross-functional teams, and matrix delivery resources while driving quality improvement, lessons learned, and successful programme outcomes.
