Technical Sales Specialist responsible for generating and qualifying leads, developing client relationships, preparing proposals and bids, presenting AV systems and managed services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role partners with engineering teams on installation specifications and budgets, conducts product training, maintains sales records, monitors customer satisfaction, performs market research, and supports quality management processes.

The role involves managing multiple AV and broadcast integration projects, leading a team, ensuring delivery excellence, and cultivating client relationships.

The Systems Engineer will collaborate with various teams to design, install, and support broadcast and AV solutions while ensuring high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The System Design Engineer will design and configure audio-visual systems, collaborate with sales and project teams, and manage technical documentation and quality processes.

Manage the full credit control cycle: invoice creation, collections, payment processing, account reconciliation, and debtor ledger ownership. Produce weekly and monthly reporting for 60+ debtors, provide cash forecasting and actuals, and prepare rebates/commission accrual reports. Support internal teams and maintain accurate financial records while improving cash flow and building customer relationships.
