Role:

Creative Technology Ireland have an exciting opportunity for a Project/Account Manager to join the team in Dublin! As a Senior Project/Account Manager within the Systems Integration (SI) division at Creative Technology (CT), you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent AV and broadcast integration projects, including complex, large-scale installations for premium corporate clients. Acting as both a strategic account lead and a senior delivery authority, you will manage a team of Project Managers, ensure delivery excellence, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to handover and support, ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to CT’s technical and operational standards.
  • Provide senior-level guidance to Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring project milestones are met across technical, commercial, and operational dimensions.
  • Directly manage high-value and complex projects, taking full ownership of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, coordination, and client communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-end corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Represent CT in senior-level project meetings, design workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance tracking, and professional development.
  • Support resourcing decisions and project team assignments in collaboration with senior management and technical leads.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the SI project team.
  • Support and manage all contractual obligations, risk assessments, change orders, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure accurate project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with the finance and commercial teams.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in the preparation of new proposals and tenders.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with CT’s QA systems, health and safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, documentation, and client experience.

Quality Management System Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of project management experience within the AV, broadcast, or technology integration sectors, including experience on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently across various phases and geographic locations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project budgets in excess of €1M.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a proven track record managing senior stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments).
  • Sound understanding of technical AV/Broadcast systems and the construction/fit-out environment.
  • Comply with Company’s Quality Management System requirements i.e. perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
  • Ensure that the needs and requirements of company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
  • Help develop and improve the company’s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.
