Build and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Develop integrations, deployment pipelines, automated testing, and source-control processes. Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and testers on solution design and delivery. Support releases, monitor platform performance, assess new Salesforce features, and establish engineering standards.

Own the Salesforce CRM and marketing platform roadmap across Sales, Financial Services, and Marketing Cloud. Translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions; manage integrations, data quality, reporting, releases, testing, and UAT. Drive adoption through training and engagement, introduce Data Cloud and AI capabilities, establish global platform standards, and support junior Salesforce colleagues and administrators while partnering with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day delivery for Client Experience: enforce Jira backlog hygiene, track dependencies, build dashboards and reports, maintain project plans and RAID logs, drive follow-ups, and translate delivery data for stakeholders.
