G MASS are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to join a leading global financial services firm, playing a key role in the build-out of a new Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
Sitting within the Client Experience function, the role will take ownership of the firm's CRM and marketing platforms, setting product direction and ensuring Salesforce delivers measurable value to sales, client services, and marketing teams. The successful candidate will combine strong technical platform knowledge with commercial awareness, working alongside architects, developers, administrators, and senior business stakeholders across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end product ownership of Sales / Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Work with senior stakeholders to shape and prioritise the Salesforce roadmap in line with global business objectives
- Convert business needs into well-designed, scalable platform solutions that meet regulatory and control requirements
- Manage integrations between Salesforce, the firm's client portal, and wider enterprise and data systems
- Drive user adoption through training, enablement, and ongoing engagement with business teams
- Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy to support sound commercial decision-making
- Explore and introduce new capabilities including Data Cloud, Einstein / AI, and advanced analytics
- Establish and maintain consistent platform standards across regions and teams
- Contribute to release planning, testing, and UAT to ensure reliable delivery
- Act as the go-to Salesforce expert for the team, supporting and developing junior colleagues and administrators
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience, with some focused on Salesforce
- Strong hands-on background in Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud, covering areas such as pipeline management, onboarding, and KYC workflows
- Practical Marketing Cloud experience across journeys, campaigns, and automation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modelling, reporting, and integration
- Background in financial services, ideally asset management, fund services, or capital markets
- Track record of delivering with cross-functional teams in a global organisation
- Confident communicator, able to work credibly with both technical and business audiences
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Sales / FS Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) highly desirable, with Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
