Support Diageo’s global ingredients procurement strategy through competitive sourcing, tender management, commercial evaluation, contract implementation, and supplier onboarding. Analyze spend, market intelligence, and supplier performance to identify cost, productivity, value, and risk opportunities. Build supplier and stakeholder relationships, support governance and joint business planning, use digital procurement tools and analytics, and ensure compliance with procurement governance.

Welcomes and engages visitors at the Guinness Storehouse, delivers exceptional customer service, hosts interactive experiences, guides tasting and pouring activities, and represents the Guinness brand. The role requires confident public speaking, strong communication, teamwork, responsible alcohol service, health and safety awareness, and hospitality or tourism experience. Additional languages are advantageous.

Develop and manage short-term brewing, blending, and production schedules across breweries, packaging sites, and supply chain partners. Balance customer service, inventory, asset utilization, capacity, and site constraints. Maintain stock visibility through SAP and planning systems, coordinate beer movements and tanker planning, monitor KPIs, support capacity expansion, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong analytical, scheduling, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Build and embed site-wide capability strategies, competency frameworks, skills matrices, training, onboarding, certification, and coaching programs. Strengthen frontline leadership and drive continuous improvement across brewing, engineering, quality, utilities, and supply operations. Identify capability gaps, improve workforce resilience, establish KPIs and governance, and use data and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, service, productivity, and operational performance.

Coordinates digital, data, and OT cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing sites. Supports technology rollouts, cybersecurity and compliance alignment, risk and incident tracking, governance documentation, dashboards, reporting, data quality, training, communications, and digital transformation. Works across operations, engineering, and digital teams to improve technology adoption, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement.
