Leads sustainability roadmaps and governance across global markets and categories, covering carbon reduction, energy efficiency, water stewardship, circularity, biodiversity, climate resilience, and reporting. Partners with leadership, engineering, operations, procurement, and technical teams to deliver transformation programs, guide investment decisions, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and embed sustainability into business planning.

Provides practical HR advice and coaching to people managers, manages employee relations cases, supports performance, absence, redundancy, and exit processes, and helps implement HR change initiatives and global programs. The role identifies employee relations trends, supports policy compliance, escalates risks appropriately, and builds manager capability across the Ireland, Isle of Ireland region.

Leads global procurement category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, supplier performance, and value creation. The role develops market intelligence, cost models, and category insights while delivering sustainable cost efficiencies, innovation, supply resilience, and commercial value across international stakeholder groups.
