About the RoleAs a Talent Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative engine behind building a steady flow of top-tier candidates for Solidgate. Your mission is to turn talent marketing into a living, measurable engine that powers our recruitment team through campaigns, content, communities, events, employee advocacy, and referrals.
This is a brand-new team, so you’ll have wide-open space for ideas and initiatives.

Analytics & Optimization

Lead unforgettable hiring events that leave candidates excited and connected to the brand.
Grow talent communities and strategic partnerships as long-term, scalable channels for attracting top talent.
You have experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing/communications, and a lot of drive.
You write copy and design campaigns that make people stop, click, and engage.
You’re fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) and can shift tone from casual to polished instantly.
You thrive in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple priorities while collaborating across teams.
You notice trends, test new ideas fast, and adapt campaigns before they’re old news.
You’re curious about what’s happening in culture, marketing, and communities, and connect dots others miss.
