About the Role

As a Communications Manager, you’ll be the creative engine behind building a steady flow of top-tier candidates for Solidgate. Your mission is to turn talent marketing into a living, measurable engine that powers our recruitment team through campaigns, content, communities, events, employee advocacy, and referrals.

This is a brand-new team, so you’ll have wide-open space for ideas and initiatives.

This role is for a builder — someone who knows that great talent marketing doesn’t happen on its own, it’s created, tested, and refined every single day.

Your grade or title don’t matter — we’re looking for the one who’ll make it happen. Someone who wakes up excited to invent, experiment, and drive real impact.

What you’ll be driving
  • Own the chance to shape Europe’s #1 payment brand from a talent marketing perspective — where product, engineering, global brand, and pure talent marketing collide.

  • Constantly innovate and test bold approaches that fuse campaigns, content, people, and brand — making us the obvious choice for top-tier talent.

  • Strategy & Campaigns

    • Design killer nurturing campaigns that turn passive talent into candidates who can’t wait to join us

    • Launch high-impact promotional initiatives that put our brand in front of the very best talent in the market.

    • Own campaigns end-to-end — from ideas to execution to measurement — always optimizing for maximum impact.

  • Employee Advocacy & Brand Ambassadors

    • Transform employees into authentic brand champions, ready to speak, present, and pitch the company with confidence.

    • Build and scale an internal referral engine that drives engagement, awareness, and results.

  • Analytics & Optimization

    • Measure everything. Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, funnels, and engagement — proving the direct impact of talent marketing on business growth.

  • Events & Communities

    • Lead unforgettable hiring events that leave candidates excited and connected to the brand.

    • Grow talent communities and strategic partnerships as long-term, scalable channels for attracting top talent.

You’ll be great at this if:
  • You have experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing/communications, and a lot of drive.

  • You write copy and design campaigns that make people stop, click, and engage.

  • You’re fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) and can shift tone from casual to polished instantly.

  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple priorities while collaborating across teams.

  • You notice trends, test new ideas fast, and adapt campaigns before they’re old news.

  • You’re curious about what’s happening in culture, marketing, and communities, and connect dots others miss.
