About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence. 

The Citco HR function comprises of five teams that collaborate to support business operations: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, People Operations and HR Business Partners. We are now evolving this model by introducing Strategic Workforce Planning as a new, enterprise capability within HR.

Responsibilities

Your role: 

The Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist will play a key role in supporting Citco's enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning capability, helping to ensure the organization has the right capacity, capabilities, locations, and cost structure to deliver its business strategy over the short, medium, and long term.

The role contributes to forward-looking workforce insights and scenarios that inform decision-making across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of building Citco's Strategic Workforce Planning capability from the ground up, contributing to how workforce decisions are made across a complex, global organization. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful workforce planning initiatives, introduce data-led thinking, and support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real impact, contributing to a function that delivers valuable insight, supports strategic outcomes, and grows with the business.

Strategic Workforce Planning 

  • Collaborate with business units to support the development of annual workforce plans that reflect operational priorities

  • Participate in workforce planning sessions with stakeholders, helping to gather inputs and validate assumptions

  • Translate business plans into workforce demand and supply scenarios to inform decision-making

  • Analyse workforce data and present findings to support recommendations for hiring, redeployment, upskilling, or restructuring

  • Support the alignment of workforce planning outputs with budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles

  • Assist with change management and transition planning activities

 

Workforce Analytics and Insights

  • Define and own workforce planning metrics and dashboards

  • Identify workforce risks and constraints (critical skills, capacity gaps, succession exposure)

  • Monitor progress against agreed workforce plans

  • Gather and analyse internal workforce data alongside external labour-market intelligence

 

 

Qualifications

About You:

  • 5+ years’ experience in workforce planning

  • Proven track record building workforce forecasting models and scenario planning

  • Proficiency in workforce planning methodologies, analytics tools and databases

  • Strong statistical analysis with expertise in data visualisation, and executive-level presentation

  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed or global organization

  • Experience in financial services, fund administration, or professional services environments is advantageous

  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly to a range of stakeholders

 

Core skills

  • Advanced analytical thinking with a good understanding of business and financial context

  • Solid knowledge of workforce planning and scenario modelling

  • Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Organised and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
