Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Reward Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our total reward strategy. In this position, you will oversee compensation and benefits programs, drive market benchmarking, and ensure our reward practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership, leading reward initiatives that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the organisation.


Your Role: 

  • You will support the overall planning and execution of the annual merit and bonus global compensation cycle.
  • Complete salary surveys and review results to provide market aligned recommendations.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of salary ranges globally.
  • Provide analytical support in complex aspects in the development of merit/bonus budgets, salary structure design and modification, and reporting.
  • Prepare complex cost impact models of compensation initiatives.
  • Manage complex ad-hoc compensation projects and analyses.
  • Counsel HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team members, and others within the HR department on many aspects of the company's compensation philosophy, market pricing, salary structures, and other aspects of compensation to ensure that Citco is able to effectively recruit and retain top-tier talent.
  • Develop, analyze, and make recommendations for compensation programs in support of specific business units within the Company to ensure they are competitive within the market, position, and industry.
  • Meet with key stakeholders to present programs, answer questions, and gain approval of compensation programs.
Qualifications

About You:

  • You will build strong and effective relationships within HR and the business, with ability to advise, influence and educate on reward related matters.
  • Business and commercial acumen to analyze organizational issues and provide data driven solutions, aligned to business strategy and compensation philosophy.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and within a team, conduct research, formulate conclusions and present conclusions regarding business issues.
  • Take complex concepts and convey them to all levels of the business using language that is clear and precise.
  • Exceptional analysis and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with strong project management capability and a drive for results.
  • Develop concise and impactful presentation materials to illustrate and communicate related information.
  • Take accountability.
  • Expert in MS Excel.
