About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager with 5-10 years' experience in financial services/ Regulatory environment / technology solution implementations. In the role, the successful candidate will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and regulatory projects across multiple business units.
- Establish and manage project governance structures in accordance with the Davy Change Governance Framework.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders, steercos and other governance forums.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and governance practices.
- Motivate, coach, and develop high performing teams.
About you
We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
- Proven experience in managing strategic and regulatory projects within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams
- Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Effective Change management skills and ability to drive adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in finance, business or related discipline, project management.
- One or more professional certifications or equivalent experience (preferably PMP, Agile, etc.).
- 5-10 year’s experience.
