We’re looking for a Retrofit Project Manager to lead the delivery of domestic energy efficiency upgrades under SEAI-supported schemes. From insulation to heat pumps, you’ll oversee a wide range of retrofit solutions that help homeowners reduce energy consumption and contribute to Ireland’s net zero goals.
This is a hybrid role – you’ll work across office, home, and on-site locations to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead retrofit projects from planning to completion, ensuring high standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with technical assessors, contractors, and internal teams to scope and execute retrofit plans.
Ensure compliance with SEAI regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.
Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
Here’s who we’re looking for:
Experience managing domestic retrofit projects aligned with SEAI schemes.
Knowledge of NZEB/Passive Housing or a background in construction, civil engineering, or related fields.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A customer-first mindset and the ability to prioritise and adapt.
A relevant qualification in construction or trades.
